Welcome to the Daniel's Diet Program!
Would you like to be more healthy in 2010 than you were in 2009?
If yes, you are cordially invited to join the hundreds of people who will be participating in an initiative that can help you - its participant - achieve better health. It is called, "The Daniel's Diet: 10 Days to Look and Feel Healthier in 2010." This diet-program is based on the experience of 4 adolescents - Daniel and his friends - who rejected the standard diet of their days, choosing instead to follow God's diet. Their diet consisted of pulse and water. What is pulse and water? See the file entitled, "The Four Food Groups," provided in the link on the right side of this screen.
Main points:
-Health program but holistic benefits, including establishing a strong spiritual start for the New Year. This is not just a healthy diet; it's an opportunity to start the year strong with God and connect with family, friends, and your church.

Feel free to use these while also being creative as suits you. Please keep in mind that working with a partner or in groups often helps to bring more variety or experience to your meal planning than working alone.
